How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your desired products, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, head to your cart and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment details.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing your order as soon as it’s placed. If you need to change or cancel it, please contact us at contact@lacuvo.store within 1 hour of placing your order.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship outside the UK?
Currently, we only ship to United States and the United Kingdom.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch:

United States :5 –12 business days
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and link. You can also log in to your Lacuvo account to view order status and tracking information.
Products & Stock
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes! All Lacuvo products are 100% cruelty-free and not tested on animals.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Most of our products are formulated to be gentle and suitable for sensitive skin. Please check the ingredient list on each product page. If you have specific concerns, consult a dermatologist before use.
What if a product I want is out of stock?
You can sign up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page. We’ll email you as soon as the item becomes available.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer returns within 14 days of delivery. To qualify:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Are returns free?
Unfortunately return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.
How do I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, view past purchases, and save your shipping details for faster checkout.
