Thank you for shopping with Lacuvo. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Be in the original packaging, with all seals, labels, and tags intact.

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or used beauty and skincare products.

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance.

  • Gift cards.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at contact@lacuvo.store within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.

  3. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

3. Damaged or Faulty Products

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@lacuvo.store

  • Provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

We will either send you a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund once the issue is verified.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund (if eligible), and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank or credit card account.

  • Contact your payment provider.
